Important! Waiting List Information

In order to provide the best service, Rain City Audio keeps a waiting list for repair appointments. This page last updated 9/20/2017, with waiting list for service having 92 names. (Active Equalizer Repairs always use a different line and are normally completed within 2-4 weeks.)

With regret, due to the economics Rain City Audio does not generally repair the following:

  • Amateur radio or CB radio transmitters or transceivers
  • Appliances like air conditioners, fans, lamps, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, and similar
  • Car audio and car electronics
  • CD players, jukeboxes, reel-to-reels, cassette/8-track tape decks, and most record players.
We recommend Audio Connection for tape decks and record players.
  • Computers, laptops, and IT equipment
  • Most small form factor portable transistor radios
  • Video equipment such as cameras, DVDs, laserdiscs, monitors, projectors, televisions, and VCRs
  • Bang & Olufsen, Dual, Grundig and Telefunken solid state/transistor equipment
  • Yamaha CR- Series stereo receivers.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee turnaround times for any repair due to the unique nature of each job.
